HOW TO USE
In creams and masks: 80% base; up to 10% - water, hydrolate, oils*; up to 10% - active substances. In emulsions: 60% of the base; 40% - water, hydrolate, oils*; up to 10% - active substances.
*The amount of oil used should not exceed 15%.
